Irregular Aluminum Perforated Acoustic Panel :
Seamless Acoustical Ceiling and Wall System gives you the design flexibility and monolithic visual of gypsum board in a sound reducing alternative. Treat it like gypsum board, enjoy the performance.
Excellent acoustical performance
Fine texture finish provides and smooth, uninterrupted appearance
Similar installation and finishing methods to gypsum board- for the easiest installation
The microperforated product adopts the microperforated sound absorption concept proposed by the academician Ma Daxuan of China, who is a famous international acoustician . The micro-wave structure on the surface of micropores changes the transfer path under the clever arrangement of the shin and the rib, absorbing a large amount of particle impact energy, and the micro holes in the trough cause the particles to be squeezed and rubbed because of the speed difference caused by the oblique microperforated acoustic impedance effect which will lead to the loss of kinetic energy when particles are penetrated. The remaining energy particles after penetration also cause particle viscous effect and diffusion interference due to the 500,000 "geometric surfaces" per square meter on the backside resonate in the cavity , allowing the sound energy to decay in the process of resonance in cavity to achieve good sound absorption.
