Product Description
Grooved solutions a clean , linear approach to acoustics ,
Profiles are created with 5/3mm , 6/2mm , 9/2mm , 13/3mm , 14/2mm , 28/4mm , 29/3mm , 30/2mm , 50/5mm ect
Grooves with different spacine options
The grooved acoustic panel range combines grooving on the panels face , with perforation on its back , to create a panel that offers striking appearance and excellent acoustic performance .
It is the refined acoustic system for wall and ceiling finishes. Many different groove patterns are available. Thanks to the honeycombed rear perforation pattern, the core panel largely retains its stability and also are possible anywhere.

Finish Options
NOTE : veneered elements made of natural wood which are naturally grown wood and are inherently subject-related variations in color and structure even veneers within a tribe may be have some differences , therefore these elements have to be sorted harmoniously on their structure and color before the site job wall or ceiling mounting .
Installation Method
Grooved acoustic panel are typically installed on to battens in a simple tongune and groove fashion to create a seamless finish . The cavity should include a sound absorbing mineral fiber or acoustic foam which will together help increase the acoustic performance . Panel can be mouted either with grooves running horizontally or vertically .
Left : A typical installation with panels mouted on 50mm plywood batterns , black tissue to the rear of the panels and 50mm of mineral fiber or acoustic foam in the cavity .
For the ceiling , the same approach can be taken and applied plywood strips which are in turn fixed to an ceiling system . The planks are glued and pinned through the grooves , with mineral fiber or acoustic foam in the cavity to together help create to increase sound absorption .
