Finish Options
NOTE : veneered elements made of natural wood which are naturally grown wood and are inherently subject-related variations in color and structure even veneers within a tribe may be have some differences , therefore these elements have to be sorted harmoniously on their structure and color before the site job wall or ceiling mounting .
Installation Method :
Grooved acoustic panel are typically installed on to battens in a simple tongune and groove fashion to create a seamless finish . The cavity should include a sound absorbing mineral fiber or acoustic foam which will together help increase the acoustic performance . Panel can be mouted either with grooves running horizontally or vertically .
Left : A typical installation with panels mouted on 50mm plywood batterns , black tissue to the rear of the panels and 50mm of mineral fiber or acoustic foam in the cavity .
For the ceiling , the same approach can be taken and applied plywood strips which are in turn fixed to an ceiling system . The planks are glued and pinned through the grooves , with mineral fiber or acoustic foam in the cavity to together help create to increase sound absorption .
